With the launching of Huaxi fruit and vegetable products’ technical service platform in Guiyang City, the construction of 149 new projects invested by China central government started in January 8. According to information provided by relevant departments of Guiyang Municipal Government, the Guiyang City has acquired many programs in the declaration of Central Added 1,000 billion investment projects in the fourth quarter. These programs involve low-cost housing and other housing projects, rural livelihood project and rural infrastructure construction, medical and health education and other social utilities, sewage disposal, energy reduction, recycling economic and other eco-environmental engineering, and the development of service industry and so on and so forth. These programs include five categories, with a total of 149 sub-projects and a total investment of 746 million RMB. By January 8, funds in place supported by central financing amounted to a total of 310 million RMB, including central added investment 115 million RMB and local matching funds 195,000,000 RMB. The total completed investment has amounted to 223 million. “At present, the concerned departments in Guiyang have set up a fast-track landing for projects declaration and establishment.
